Happy Birthday, Sweet Boy

Dear Thatcher~ our Boogie,
Exactly two years ago at this moment, you entered our lives... a little tiny screaming blessing- a gift from God. A gift you truly are. Through your life, we have learned how far our hearts can stretch. How much our hearts can ache when you hurt. How fearful our hearts can be when you fall. How full our hearts can feel when you say, "I yud ooo."
We never knew love so deeply. Every night, Daddy and I look at each other and say, "Man, I love that little boy." We may not be able to always give you the worldly posessions you may desire, but we pray you will ALWAYS know how much we love you. May you walk through this life knowing you are fearfully and wonderfully made. A gift from God. A gift your Mommy and Daddy treasured with all of their hearts.
We ask you all the time... "Do you know how far I love you??" and we answer, "I love you love you love you to the Moooooooon and back." But that's not true. We love you further than that. Further than we can even comprehend. May your life reflect love wherever you go. May you become a child after God's own heart.
We love you and hope you have a wonderful second birthday,
Love Mommy and Daddy (well- and Rudy, too.)

Dessert Party!

Friday night we got together at my crib to celebrate... Family ONLY people. That way I can avoid all the people who want my autograph since I'm such a rock star. These pictures are in completely random order cause my mom is being a slacker and doesn't feel like organizing them. Hey- I'm just SAYIN... peace out!

Teaser for upcoming pics...

A "Fancy" Party

Today I went to my friend Karys' fourth birthday party. She had a "fancy" party where we were all supposed to dress up. Here I am ready to go!

Lookin' like a Rock Star.
The girls were playing Ring Around the Rosey.

Miss Amanda read us a story about being "fancy."
We ate sandwiches (I ate the fancy umbrella), played and DANCED and then ate fancy ice cream sundaes. I had a great time!

(That's Karys- the birthday girl... spinning and spinning!)

WHAT?!?! I'm secure in my manhood!

Mommy should know better than to leave out her makeup brushes!!

Honey Snacks

I have a bear named Honey that Mommy bought me before I was born. Now I didn't NAME it Honey- it already came with that name. Promise. That's what the tag on it's booty says. Anyhow- Some days I really like Honey, other days I could care less. This day, Honey got invited to eat snacks with me at my picnic table (currently stationed in the kitchen.)
