My parents... the idiots.

How Daddy is an idiot- He turned on the garbage disposal after a glass babyfood jar fell down it. Yowzahs! He spent all day yesterday fixing it. To his defense- neither he nor Mommy realized the jar had fallen in the sink.

How Mommy is an idiot- While some of you would have an endless supply of stories about how Mommy is an idiot (or blonde) here's the latest... Daddy bought a huge tub of butter because it was cheaper. Mommy doesn't like it because she has to use two hands to get it out of the fridge. Then, on top of that, it collects water because we don't use it often enough. Yesterday while yelling at Daddy for buying the big tub of butter instead of the small tub, she was trying to "dump" off the excess water. Well, she did get rid of the excess water, alright... along with the excess BUTTER!! DOH!

Mesh Bag 'o Goodies...

Someone really smart musta invented this thing. I LOVE to eat from it. Mommy and Daddy don't know what to call it except, "Mesh bag thingy that he eats from" but I don't think that's its' technical name. I don't really care- all I know is I love eating from it! Below, I'm eating fresh Mango.

CHOMPERS!!

Well, I've had my bottom two chompers for quite some time, now- (Sept. 10 and 23 to be precise) - but I didn't want Mommy to take any pictures of them, so I just stuck my tounge out or shut my mouth every time she tried to take a picture. Last weekend she FINALLY got a picture- even though it's not a very good picture- of a tooth. Of course, with all the attempts at getting a tooth picture, she got some other cute ones of me.

Halloween is on its way!!

Well, it's October and that means my first Halloween is coming up. Mommy said - WOO HOO! CANDY! I don't know what candy is yet- but I hear it's wonderful. I've seen Willy Wonka about a dozen times already and I sure wish Daddy would have let Mommy decorate my room like the "Chocolate Room" like she wanted to. ~sigh~

Anyhow... here's a picture of me in my Halloween T-Shirt (Thanks CHENEY!!!)

Whose Lips Are These???

Do these look like Kolenovsky lips or what?

Little Man... the Animal

This morning, I woke my Mommy up with my little bird singing voice. Sometimes I get bored, so I just start "ahhhhaaa....ahhhaaahhaaa" up and down "aaaaahhhhhaaaahh." I guess I like to sing so much because Mommy used to sing all the time when she was pregnant with me. Plus- she still sings to me a lot. Mommy said she wishes she could capture my little voice in a bottle and wear it around her neck- then, when she misses me (or when I get bigger) she could open up the jar and listen to my little voice, just singing out. You know- kinda like what Ursula did with Ariel's voice in the Little Mermaid.

Today, after my morning song, I got ready for church. Mom and Dad said I looked like a little man- so Mommy took some pictures to add to the blog. I'm seven and a half months old. Crazy how time flies!

I'm not a "crawler" just yet... more of a "scootcher backwards."

"First, he stalks his prey"
"Then he inspects his prey""Finally he consumes his prey."

Bad Mommy! Bad Daddy!

My Mommy and Daddy COMPLETELY missed the boat on this one. I've had two ear infections (probably for some time) and they didn't even know it. Of course, now they feel really guilty. I went to the doctor yesterday because Mommy and Daddy were worried that my chest was getting congested. The chest congestion combined with my ever present snotty nose and runny eyes had them concerned that I'd get bronchitis or a sinus infection.

Well... the doctor said my chest sounds fine... BUT both of my ears are "severely" infected. In fact, she said that "On a scale of 1-10, the right one is a 10." Yow-Zahs! I can't count, but I think that's pretty bad.

Good news- my medicine is BUBBLE GUM flavored. Now I get my bubble gum medicine with dinner... then I get my Banana-Grape medicine for allergies before bed.

Note to Mom and Dad-- I won't always have fever with ear infections. I won't always be cranky with ear infections. I won't always lose sleep when I have an ear infection. I won't always refuse to eat with ear infections. Now that you know this-- can you PLEASE take me to the doctor sooner if this ever happens again? THANKS!!
