I think the idea about being outside is great--but why not put you outside so that you can enjoy the rain? I guess bubbles would be more fun. What's with you needing help to sit up. I think you can sit up just fine without any help. Are Mom and Dad afraid the concrete will be too hard if you fall chasing the bubbles?
